The beauty of a modular setup is that it grows with you. Need more mW/cm²? Just add another lamp module. If you decide to crank up your conveyor speed, you don’t have to buy a whole new system. You just plug in more modules to keep that energy density where it needs to be. We use high-wattage bulbs because you need that deep-cure penetration to get the job done. But there’s a catch. All that power creates a lot of infrared heat. If your airflow isn’t dialed in, you’re going to see warped substrates or burnt edges. It’s a balancing act.

We use quartz glass envelopes because they don’t soak up the UV—they let it through. We also obsess over the connectors. They’re built for thermal stability so they won’t burn out during those grueling, long production runs. Plus, we use standardized footprints. This means our lamps are basically drop-in replacements for the housings you already have. You can upgrade your intensity without having to rip apart your machine frame or spend weeks re-engineering the layout.
