Here’s the reality: if your photoinitiator needs 365nm but your lamp is leaking too much IR, you’ll warp your substrate before the resin even thinks about setting. Not a great look. Picking the right wavelength We don’t do generic bulbs. That’s a recipe for failure. Instead, our modular systems let you swap out lamp heads to match exactly what your ink or adhesive needs to absorb. By tweaking the gas mix and the electrode geometry, we hit the exact peaks in the UV-A, UV-B, or UV-C bands. It means the photons are actually doing their job—triggering the polymerization—instead of just heating up your conveyor belt for no reason. Scaling up without the stress The beauty of a modular setup is that you can grow your curing tunnel without tearing up the whole production line. Need more speed? Just snap in a few more lamp modules to bump up the irradiance. It’s that simple. We use high-grade quartz envelopes to stop “solarization.” You know, that annoying clouding effect where the glass degrades and loses its punch over time. One thing to watch out for: high-intensity modules get hot. Really hot. You’ve got to get your exhaust fans right. If the airflow is sluggish, the heat builds up, your spectral output shifts, and your tubes die way sooner than they should.
